Music

Good music can make you cry, laugh, sing or dance.  We all have our favorites that make us feel good.  Music is a great beta endorphin raiser, too.  Think about the music that you listened to when you were between 16 and 23.  That music will probable evoke the strongest good feelings in you.

Below we have assembled some "feel good" music.  There is a wide range of music, and even some guilty pleasures (you know, the kind of music that you know all the words to, but don't want to admit it).  Find some music that you love, that gets you moving, that makes you feel good.

Tip:  When you listening to music you love, studies have shown that singing along, and moving to the music, provides a greater boost in your "good" brain chemicals, so listen actively.  Tap your feet, move your body, sing along, get up and dance.
